The four wheels made of rubber are perfect for pavements and urban terrain however they're not made for off-roading. They slid on long grass and gravel and there's a lack of clearance between the wheel and the bracket which means that mud could get stuck easily. But, our tester still loved using this buggy and it did manage to climb some pretty muddy hills.

Our test participants found that the Nipper Double is incredibly easy to navigate, even on bumpy terrain or turning into a busy road. They were also amazed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to suit your individual preferences - perfect for napping.
They also appreciated that the hoods could be moved back and forward, which made them easier to adjust to the sun or for wind protection. They did not offer the same amount of coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's probably worth carrying an extra rain cover in case.
Overall, our testers were impressed with the way that Nipper Double let them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla on all sorts of adventures, from seeing wildlife in the woods, to running to the park to play with their friends. The testers were also impressed with how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There is plenty of room to stretch out for toddlers who are growing. The lack of parent facing seating and the inability to use a car seat with this buggy were noted as a problem by our test participants. They would also have liked to see a larger storage space for shopping and other equipment.
